Introduction
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Location Tracker: GPS Phone mobile application developed and operated by Dong Van Do. By using Location Tracker: GPS Phone, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the application.
Eligibility
You must be at least 14 years old to use Location Tracker: GPS Phone. By using the application, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement or that you have received permission from a parent or legal guardian.
License to Use
Dong Van Do grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use Location Tracker: GPS Phone on your personal mobile device solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

- Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works
- Use the application for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities
- Interfere with or attempt to compromise the application’s security or performance
All intellectual property rights related to Location Tracker: GPS Phoneremain the exclusive property of Dong Van Do.
Application FeaturesLocation Tracker: GPS Phone offers features including:
- Real-time GPS location tracking
- Group location sharing (Smart Circles)
- Activity history and custom alerts
To function properly, the app requires an active internet connection and permission to access your device’s location services.
Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of Location Tracker: GPS Phone are only available through a paid subscription:
- Payments are handled securely via the Apple App Store or Google Play
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in their respective app store account settings
- Dong Van Do does not process payments directly and is not responsible for refunds, which are handled according to the policies of Apple or Google
- All pricing and renewal details are clearly displayed before checkout
User Conduct
By using Location Tracker: GPS Phone, you agree to:
- Use the application only for lawful purposes
- Refrain from uploading content that is offensive, illegal, or violates others’ rights
- Respect the privacy and safety of other users
- Not impersonate any other person or misrepresent your identity
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your access to the application.
Third-Party Services
Location Tracker: GPS Phone may include services provided by third-party platforms for analytics and subscription management. These providers operate under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review:

- Amplitude
- Adapty
By using Location Tracker: GPS Phone, you agree to the use of these services as required.
Limitation of LiabilityLocation Tracker: GPS Phoneis provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dong Van Do disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:
- Warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
Dong Van Do is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data or revenue
- Service interruptions caused by technical issues, user devices, or internet connectivity
- Acts or content of third parties or other users
Some jurisdictions may limit these exclusions.
Termination
Dong Van Do reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Location Tracker: GPS Phone at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. Subscription cancellations must be done through your app store account.
Changes to These Terms
Dong Van Do may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the application or through the contact information you provide. Continued use of Location Tracker: GPS Phone following such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States where applicable.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in your country of residence, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
